The 20-Minute Reset That Makes Tomorrow Easier
A simple evening reset to clear your space, organize your priorities, and make tomorrow feel a little easier.
Start With a Clean Space
A productive day doesn't always begin with a perfect morning routine. Sometimes, it starts the night before.
Spend five minutes clearing your desk and putting away anything that doesn't belong. You don't need to deep-clean your entire workspace. Just make it easier to sit down and begin tomorrow.
Decide What Actually Matters
Take another five minutes to look at tomorrow.
What absolutely needs to get done? What have you been putting off? What would make you feel good about the day when it's over?
Choose three priorities. Everything else is optional.
Give Tomorrow a Head Start
Use the last ten minutes to prepare anything you'll need.
Open the document you're working on. Put your notebook on the desk. Write down your first task. Fill your water bottle.
The goal isn't to organize your entire life. It's simply to make tomorrow feel a little less chaotic before it begins.
